In honour of the Coronation of King Charles tomorrow we thought we might talk a little about royal designers 😉
Throughout history, many talented designers have dressed royalty from around the world, creating timeless and iconic looks that still inspire us today. Some of the most well-known royal fashion designers include Christian Dior, who designed Princess Margaret’s wedding gown in 1951, and Norman Hartnell, who famously created Queen Elizabeth II’s coronation gown in 1953. Other notable designers include Sarah Burton, who designed Kate Middleton’s wedding gown in 2011, and Karl Lagerfeld, who dressed Princess Diana in some of her most memorable outfits.
These designers have left a lasting impact on the fashion world, creating stunning and iconic looks fit for royalty.
