Cancellation Policy


Life is not always straightforward and I understand that sometimes things come up.

Please be aware that if you cancel a booking or appointment, you have still entered into a contract and generally I suffer a loss, by not being able to book that time for another client. Because of that loss, there is a 50% fee for cancellations that occur with less than a week’s notice.

If you or someone you care for is sick, so that you are unable to attend the appointment, your appointment will need to be rescheduled within three weeks to avoid the cancellation fee.
